Sunday Worship
5 pm, Christ Our Shepherd Church, 801 North Carolina Ave., SE
Children worship with their families at the beginning and conclusion
of our services. During the sermon and prayers of the people, a
separate time of Bible study, worship and prayer is offered for
children under 10. A nursery is provided as well.
Resurrection Groups
We currently have 12 home groups located throughout the city and
Northern Virginia that meet for dinner, fellowship, study, and prayer.
Most of the groups meet on Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm. For more

We gather regularly in the community to explore life and culture
through the lens of faith. Urban Oasis events foster dialogues that
relate the local to the global, the intellect to the heart, and ideas to

Samaritan Sessions
The Urban Ministry Council regularly provides people with an
opportunity to put legs to their faith by serving our neighbors in need.
